Carefully repackage your furniture or appliances in their original shipping boxes, including all hardware, accessories, and protective padding.
Schedule a Pickup or Drop-off
For large furniture and major appliances, our logistics team will contact you to coordinate a professional pickup, while smaller items can be shipped back via our prepaid labels.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned merchandise for damages, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
